This quick post is to remind parents that the PTA has a list of 36 secondary schools in south Co. Dublin and north Co. Wicklow that is a useful starting point on this topic. There are four versions of the list, sorted by distance from St. Annes, gender, school size and ethos.
Note, however, that this list was last revised in 2012 and may not be up to date in all respects. There is also an error in that Loretto Secondary School in Bray is incorrectly listed as fee paying . The PTA would be grateful to be notified of errors at stannespa@gmail.com and we will update the list.
To finish up, we must repeat that the PTA has prepared this document and the accompanying list of schools in good faith to
provide impartial information to the School’s parents on the issue of choice of
secondary schools. It does not provide any recommendations to parents on this issue. While considerable efforts were made to
collect and verify information, the Association cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.
