Update: Nomination Form for new PTA members added below.
Our AGM will be at the school at 8pm on Tues 7 Oct 2014. A major item on the agenda will be the proposal to change the constitution of the Parents's Association (PA) to allow it become the Parent Teacher Association (PTA)
We will also be looking for new members of the Committee and parents who can help out with event.

Important Change
2014 - 2015
The Parents Association (PA) is set to become the Parent
Teacher Association (PTA).
All parents/guardians, and now teachers, will automatically
be members of the association.
This change will facilitate better coordination of everyone
seeking to ensure the best education and support for our children.
The proposed Constitution for the PTA will be circulated
shortly to all parents/guardians and teachers. It will also be available to
view on www.stannesparents.blogspot.ie
We ask you to review this with a view to voting on its
adoption at our AGM on 7th October
2014.

Committee?
You can be part of the Parent Teacher Association Committee, which will include both
parent and teacher representatives, by completing the Nomination Form on the reverse of this letter.
All parents/guardians of children in the school are invited
to put themselves forward, or to nominate others (with their consent), for
election onto the PTA Committee. All
nominees must be seconded by another parent/guardian.
Teacher Representatives will be nominated separately by the
teachers themselves.
