Mr Halligan in Photos 2011-2016

As the school year finished this week, our Principal, Mr. Halligan, announced his retirement after 31 years teaching at St. Annes. The PTA would like to thank him for all his work as teacher and Principal over the decades and to wish him all the best in his retirement. We will miss him!

Here's are some shots of his work in the school community since he became Principal in 2010.

If anyone has any additional names for adults in the shots, please email them to stannespa@gmail.com

School Book Sale a Great Success

The School Book Sale was held on 4 March - with the kids having great fun in fancy dress. Nearly €1,400 was raised for the School library and for South Africa. Thanks to Ms Travers who organized it and to all the parents who helped out on the day and in the lead up.

Big Attendance at Anti-Bullying Workshop

Last night about 80 people attended the Anti-Bullying Workshop in the hall at St Annes. Our guests from neighboring schools Rathmichael and Scoil Mhuire were especially welcome. The National Parents Council sponsored Workshop was excellently presented by Alison Barker. The PTA would like to thank all those who attended, those who helped with the event, and especially Helen Griffin and Deirdre Michel who organised it.

More Information as follows:
